Suzuki in the Dolomites
Music Academy International’s Suzuki Institute is one of a kind in the world. The institute offers an intense musical experience set in one of Europe’s most beautiful areas, the majestic Dolomite mountain range of Northern Italy. An UNESCO World Heritage site, the Dolomites provide the ideal place for families to enjoy a world-class musical experience along with fascinating adventures that only this region can provide.
Music Academy International is a family friendly festival and we go to great lengths to accommodate your wishes to ensure that your entire family has an enjoyable experience. When you arrive on Saturday July 8 and will be welcomed by MAI staff members and escorted to their housing to relax after their travels. On Sunday we will all board a bus for a short ride to San Martino for a meet and greet event at the famous Malga Ces with stunning views of the Dolomites in the background. This will give parents the opportunity to socialize with other adults while your children enjoy some fun time and get to know their fellow students.
As a participant your child will receive an enriching musical experience that includes semi-private lessons, ensemble experience, music related enrichment classes, and performance experience, all taught by our expert Suzuki teaching artists.
